It has been announced where the next DrupalCon will take place, in Szeged, Hungary, at the end of august 2008.

Dries Buytaert launched the Mollom project, a tool to fight spam.

Another interesting news is the publication of the book Building Powerful and Robust Websites with Drupal 6 edited by Packt Publishing.

Drupal Modules is an interesting website that lists a number of Drupal modules. From this week you can vote your favourite extensions. Here you can see the most popular Drupal modules.

Drupal Code Search is mantained from the same author of Drupal Modules, and it’s a website that enables you to search in the Drupal core and modules source code.

Finally, Nick Lewis lists the top 5 reasons developers don’t use Drupal.
